WGA Energy was created in 2021 as a renewable energy project developer focused on North & South America and Sub-Saharan Africa. The company identifies and acquires assets in operation and develops projects at the "greenfield" stage. The service division works for various clients in the mining, industrial and commercial fields. WGA originated from former Windiga Energy's management.
